Team Leader – Adult Residential Care\n\nLocations: Milton Keynes | Bedford |Telford\nSalary: £32,000+ DOE\nJob Type: Full Time\n\nWe are recruiting experienced Team Leaders to join adult residential and supported living services across multiple locations.\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Support Worker or existing Team Leader looking to progress within a supportive organisation offering clear development opportunities into Deputy Manager roles.\n\nThe Role\n\nYou will support the day-to-day running of the service, lead shifts, supervise staff, and help deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
