Static Security Officer

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, likes being trusted to get on with the job, and wants to build their skills across different sites and environments.\nYou’ll be the friendly, professional face of security for our clients, taking responsibility for keeping their premises safe and running smoothly.\nYour role will include:\n * Carrying out security site patrols, lock/unlock duties, and general security checks\n * Managing access control and, depending on the site, monitoring CCTV\n * Communicating clearly with the Control Room, customers, and emergency services when needed\n * Supporting colleagues during incidents and advising on appropriate actions\n * Completing duty sheets, incident reports, handovers, and all required documentation to a high standard\n * Responding to emails and ad-hoc requests as they arise\nYou’ll be trusted to work independently, follow procedures, and represent the company with professionalism and confidence.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nTo join us, you’ll need:\n * A valid SIA Security or Door Supervisor Licence\n * A valid CCTV licence (preferred, but not essential)\n * A full UK driver’s licence\n * Flexibility to work a mix of days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays\n * The ability to communicate clearly and work autonomously\n * A willingness to follow procedures and escalate issues appropriately\nA DBS check will be carried out for successful applicants.
