Personal care Assist with daily personal care and wellbeing. Support pupils in managing trauma-related and challenging behaviours. Work closely with teaching staff to implement individual learning plans.

Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment. Essential Skills & Experience: Proven experience supporting children with SEMH, autism, anxiety, and trauma-related behaviours. * Ability to provide personal care sensitively and professionally.

Strong communication and teamwork skills. Patience, empathy, and resilience. * Relevant qualifications or experience in SEN education, childcare, or support work.
