Sheet Metal Worker / Fabricator\n\nWe are currently recruiting for a highly skilled and experienced Sheet Metal Worker / Fabricator to join our client’s team, specialising in the manufacture of bespoke, high-quality metal products.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated fabrication professional with strong MIG and TIG welding experience who takes pride in delivering precision workmanship to a consistently high standard.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Fabricate bespoke metal components from technical drawings and specifications\n\n * Carry out MIG and TIG welding to a high standard\n\n * Cut, form, assemble, and finish sheet metal parts\n\n * Operate fabrication machinery, hand tools, and workshop equipment safely and efficiently\n\n * Work with a variety of metals and materials\n\n * Ensure all work meets required tolerances, quality standards, and production deadlines\n\n * Conduct quality inspections throughout the fabrication process\n\n * Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment\n\nRequirements\n\n * Minimum 3 years’ fabrication experience (required)\n\n * Strong MIG and TIG welding skills\n\n * Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings\n\n * Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship\n\n * Good understanding of fabrication techniques, material properties, and finishing processes\n\n * Ability to work independently and as part of a team\n\nPay & Benefits\n\n * £16.00 – £20.00 per hour (depending on experience)\n\n * Company pension\n\n * On-site parking\n\nThis is a hands-on role ideal for an experienced fabricator looking to work on bespoke projects within a skilled and professional environment
