This customer-facing role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.\n\nYou will act as the key point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring all service and repair work is managed efficiently while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Welcoming customers and managing vehicle check-ins\n\n * Advising customers on service and repair requirements\n\n * Liaising closely with the workshop and technicians regarding vehicle progress\n\n * Keeping customers updated throughout the service process\n\n * Upselling additional products and services where appropriate\n\n * Preparing job cards, invoices, and related administration\n\n * Handling customer queries and resolving issues professionally\n\n * Ensuring excellent CSI and customer satisfaction levels are maintained\n\nRequirements\n\n * Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade\n\n * Excellent communication and customer service skills\n\n * Strong organisational and administrative abilities\n\n * Ability to work well under pressure in a busy dealership environment\n\n * Upselling experience advantageous\n\n * Full UK driving licence required\n\nWhat’s On Offer\n\n * £30,000 - £34,000 basic salary\n\n * Realistic OTE of £42,000\n\n * Ongoing training and development\n\n * Supportive team environment\n\n * Career progression opportunities within a growing business
