Role: Senior Product Manager

Salary: Up to £90,000

Location: Hybrid (London) – 1x per week in a London office

You’re joining at a point where the team is rebuilding their product and so there is a strong appetite to ship, experiment, and iterate quickly.

What you’ll be doing:

• Owning the PDP/PLP roadmap from end to end, running structured experiments and shipping measurable improvements across conversion, AOV, returns, and page performance.

• Working closely with engineering through a headless migration, leading a cross-functional squad, and presenting outcomes from digital teams right up to board level.

What we’re looking for:

• eCommerce experience – ideally within fashion retail. (non-negotiable)

• Proven experience owning PLP & PDP (product listing page, product detail page) journeys end-to-end, with strong skills in conversion optimisation, A/B testing, merchandising logic, analytics (funnels, cohorts, AOV) (non-negotiable)
