SEN OUTREACH TUTOR

SEN teachers and tutors required in and around the Croydon area to work 1-to-1 with a range of SEN children aged between 4-21 in a variety of outreach settings.\nWe are seeking experienced, dedicated, caring, and qualified teachers and tutors who have the ability to work autonomously with children that have a wide range of special educational needs.\nSupport is provided in alternative educational settings and can take place in the child's home, a local library or at a school.\nYou will be expected to be able to assess the learner's current working levels and plan and implement a bespoke programme of study that addresses their needs in line with their EHCP.\nYou should have good working knowledge of the National Curriculum for SEN with:\n * a UK recognised teaching qualification\n * at least 2 years SEN/D teaching/tutoring experience in the UK\n * a DBS registered on the update service (if not you can apply for a new DBS with Remedy)\n * a passion to work with and help SEN students progress\n * safeguarding training up to level 2\nPlease contact Dean at Remedy Tutors with your updated CV as soon as possible to register your interest for this role or for similar teaching and tutoring roles in and around the Croydon area
