Harrison Bridge is proud to be partnering with a long-established, highly trusted energy consultancy as they enter an exciting new phase of growth. We are searching for a Sales Director, designed to help scale an already successful business.

The Role

As Sales Director, you will have full accountability for the performance and growth of the Business Development and Account Management functions. Your mandate is to optimise and scale revenue growth, improve consistency of delivery, and elevate the overall customer experience.

This is a high-impact commercial leadership role within a profitable, well-run, and highly ambitious organisation. You’ll work closely with a visionary CEO, with the autonomy to grow and shape a best-in-class commercial engine.

  • Hybrid role: candidates must be able to commit to three days per week at HQ in Glasgow. Please apply only if this is feasible.
