We’re looking for an experienced Regional Support Manager to support and strengthen children’s residential homes across the North (Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire Regions).

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll work closely with Registered Managers to drive quality, improve performance, and ensure outstanding care for young people.

The Role

• Support and develop Registered Managers and teams
• Provide leadership to services needing improvement or stability
• Drive Ofsted readiness, compliance, and safeguarding
• Deliver coaching, audits, and service improvement plans

About You

• NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent)
• Strong experience in children’s residential care
• Confident leader with knowledge of Ofsted and safeguarding
• Passionate about improving outcomes for young people
