We are currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Ashby-de-la-Zouch branch. Siamo specialises in supplying temporary and permanent staff across the distribution, logistics, manufacturing, engineering and office professional sectors.

Salary & Hours

• £28,000 £30,000 basic salary DOE
• Uncapped market-leading commission structure
• Monday to Friday, 08:30 17:30
• Flexibility for earlier starts and later finishes is required depending on client needs
• Participation in the teams weekly on-call rota will also be required

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing new business opportunities and building strong client relationships
• Managing and growing existing client accounts
• Visiting client sites and maintaining excellent service levels
• Recruiting, screening and interviewing candidates
• Advertising vacancies across job boards and social media platforms
• Matching suitable candidates to client requirements
• Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to placement
• Conducting regular service reviews with clients
• Working towards individual and branch performance targets
• Delivering exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates

What Were Looking For:
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 1 years recruitment experience, either within temporary or permanent recruitment. Experience within any sector will be considered.
The ideal candidate will be:

• Motivated and target-driven
• Professional and organised
• Confident building relationships with clients and candidates
• Able to work within a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
• Driven to progress into a senior role within the business

A full UK driving licence and own vehicle are essential for this role, as regular travel to client sites will be required.
