Night Porter

Mayfair, London£30,000 per annum + Overtime Opportunities12-Hour Night Shifts | 2 On / 2 Off Rotation

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a professional and reliable Night Porter to join a prestigious residential development in the heart of Mayfair.

Working within a small, high-end building, you will play a key role in ensuring residents receive an exceptional level of service whilst maintaining the safety, security and smooth operation of the development throughout the night.

As Night Porter, you will be responsible for providing a visible and professional presence on site, supporting residents, monitoring security systems and carrying out routine operational duties.

• Providing a professional and welcoming service to residents and visitors

• Managing the front desk and acting as the first point of contact overnight

• Monitoring CCTV and maintaining building security

• Conducting regular patrols of the development

• Managing deliveries, parcels and key control

• Completing site checks and ensuring communal areas remain safe and presentable

• Carrying out light operational duties, including refuse management and basic building checks

• Responding appropriately to incidents, emergencies and resident enquiries

• Maintaining accurate logs, reports and handover notes

• Working closely with the wider on-site team to ensure a seamless resident experience

We are looking for someone who is:

• Professional, reliable and well-presented

• Alert and confident working night shifts

• Friendly, approachable and customer-focused

• Comfortable communicating with residents, visitors and contractors

• Organised and able to work independently

• Competent using email and basic IT systems

• Flexible and willing to support the team when required

Previous experience within a residential, hotel, concierge, porter, front-of-house or customer service environment would be highly advantageous.

• £30,000 annual salary
