IT Support Engineer

IT Support Engineer | Dereham | 5 Month Contract

My client is looking for an IT Support Engineer to support ongoing BAU activities and provide 1st and 2nd line technical support across the business. The ideal individual will have strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for delivering excellent IT services.

Key responsibilities of the IT Support Engineer:

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows 11
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and broader infrastructure issues
• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support across the business
• Support technology updates and contribute to ITIL best practices
• Assist with IT projects and ongoing technical initiatives

IT Support Engineer Experience/Technologies:

• Administration and support of Windows 10/11 operating systems
• Administration and support of Microsoft 365 and Intune environments
• Administration and management of Active Directory
• Experience using ticketing systems to manage incidents, service requests, and user support activities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to support users effectively

The successful IT Support Engineer candidate will be commutable 5 days a week to Dereham.
