Interim Lawyer - Commercial Contracts (12 months, July start)

We are excited to be recruiting for an experienced Interim Commercial Contracts Lawyer with 3–5 years’ PQE to support one of our AG Integrate clients’ growing in-house teams. This role is a 12 month contract starting in July 2026.

The role remit includes:

1. Reviewing and advising the business on contractual obligations.
2. Reviewing tender and procurement documents.
3. Negotiating complex contractual arrangements.
4. Managing contract changes and amendments.

This is an excellent interim opportunity for a junior to mid-level commercial lawyer looking to step into a hands-on role with one of our well established healthcare sector clients.
