Freelance Site Manager – Cardiff\n\nWe are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to lead the onsite team in Cardiff on the fit out of a new build clinic extension on Cardiff hospital. We are looking for someone with a joinery background.\n\nIf you're an experienced Site Manager, looking for a new freelance opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.\n\nRole Details:\n\n• Position: Freelance Site Manager\n\n• Location: Cardiff\n\n• Duration: 8 months\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n• Manage subcontractors and site staff, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards\n• Maintain accurate site records, reports, and progress documentation\n\n• Coordinate snagging and handover procedures at project completion\n\nRequirements:\n\n• Proven experience working on similar schemes with a joinery background\n\n• Proven experience working in a healthcare setting\n\n• Strong leadership and organisational skills\n\n• In date tickets – SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work\n\n• Ability to reliably commute to Cardiff
