Field Manager (Lift Industry or a construction industry background would be ideal)\n\n\nSouth West - Cardiff / Bristol\n\nWould you like to join a truly international, talent driven company that values Safety, Ethics, Quality, Innovation and Employee Opportunity?\n\nOtis is growing and we are recruiting a talented new equipment Field Manager to take responsibility for the leadership and management of volume installation/construction projects within territory, reporting to the Project manager in the area\n\nOn a typical day you will:\n\nCommunicate and coordinate with all stakeholders, including owners, architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers and subcontractors\nEnsure that the project runs on time and on budget, monitoring teams and /or subcontractors\nWork closely with the project team to mitigate any safety, ethics and quality risks, including effectively managing government and legal requirement\nEnsure customer satisfaction, engineering support and improved profitability\nTrain and monitor the safety, quality and operations of subcontractors (as applicable), ensuring a standard service delivery to customers\n\nWhat you will need to be successful:\n\nYou have experience with the elevator and building trades\nIdeally, you will have a level 3 NVQ in Lift Installation and Commissioning or Service and repairs but this is not essential\nYou have excellent communication skills and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment\nYou are self-reliant, with strong computer and organisational skills and business acumen\n\nWhat’s In it For Me / Benefits\n\nYou will receive a long-term employment contract with the world market leader in a crisis-proof industry.\nWe offer you remuneration in accordance with local standards plus:\nCompany vehicle, Phone and incentive scheme\nWe will train you intensively in the areas of technology, processes & soft skills and you can exchange ideas with experienced colleagues at any time.\n\nApply today to join us and build what’s next
