Academics are working with a beautiful, well-established primary school in Thurrock who are seeking a passionate and driven EYFS Lead to join their team from September.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a thriving Early Years provision, working alongside a strong and collaborative staff team, with the support of an experienced and approachable Headteacher.

• Leading and developing the EYFS provision

• Working closely with SLT to further enhance the Early Years curriculum

• Have strong experience within EYFS
• Be passionate about early childhood development
• Demonstrate strong leadership or leadership potential
• Have a clear understanding of the EYFS framework and best practice
• Be committed to creating an inclusive, nurturing environment
