ENGINEER SURVEYOR\n \n Job Title:    Engineer Surveyor (Lifting & Crane Equipment)\n Location:    Covering the London Area (Must Live within the M25)\n\nSalary:        Basic from £42,500 (includes London Weighting) plus Car Allowance and a Excellent Benefits Package\n Shift:          Days, Monday – Friday, Flexible Working Hours\n \n Job Role of the Engineer Surveyor.\n \n A standout opportunity has become available for a Engineer Surveyor to join a leading inspection consultancy. Our client is looking for Engineers with a background of working on or with equipment such as forklifts, mobile elevated working platforms, passenger lifts and cranes and looking for something different in their career.\n \n You will be responsible for inspection to help identify defects and help prevent potential, avoidable defects and complete detailed reports.You will be required to make sure all customers are compliant with LOLER / PUWAR regulations and provide excellent levels of customer service.\n \n Sector – Inspection (Field Service)\n \n Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Engineer Surveyor\n\nMinimum Level 3 Engineering based qualification.\nHands on experience with or on different pieces of lifting equipment including forklifts, platforms, passenger lifts, cranes, plant equipment (diggers, dumpers), military vehicles or aircraft.\n\n Requirements for the Engineer Surveyor\n\nStrong mechanical fault-finding skills.\nMechanical engineering qualification, NVQ Level 3 or Equivalent.\nExperience working on or with various pieces of lifting equipment within manufacturing, military, marine, distribution or field service environments.\nMust live within the M25.\n\n Desirable Requirements for the Engineer Surveyor\n\nExcellent knowledge of LOLER/PUWAR Regulations.\n\n The Engineer Surveyor will benefit from:\n\nEmployment with a stable and well-established organisation.\nCompetitive benefits package (Worth £59,376 with Basic Salary).\nExcellent, ongoing training and development opportunities. 95% of the management team within the organisation have developed from a Surveyor position.\nPaid from door to door and working Monday – Friday on flexible working hours.\n\n If you are interested in this role and feel that you have the right skills, then please click apply at the bottom of this advert.\n \n For further details contact Andrew McFarlane at Pioneer Selection\n \n As a registered candidate with Pioneer Selection Ltd, you automatically become eligible for our referral scheme. \n \n You will receive £250 for every candidate we place in permanent employment who has been recommended by you.
