As they continue to grow, They are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Site Supervisor to join their team.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Oversee the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion.\n\n * Manage and coordinate all on-site electrical activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.\n\n * Lead and supervise site teams, including subcontractors and direct workforce.\n\n * Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.\n\n * Liaise with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships.\n\n * Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety protocols (SSSTS or SMSTS essential).\n\n * Prepare and maintain project documentation, including risk assessments, method statements, and progress reports.\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Proven experience as an Electrical Site Supervisor, ideally within retail or commercial projects.\n\n * SSSTS or SMSTS certification is essential.\n\n * Strong knowledge of electrical installations and project management.\n\n * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.\n\n * Full UK driving license.\n\nWhat They Offer:\n\n * Competitive salary and benefits package.\n\n * Travel expenses and accommodation when working away from home.\n\n * Career progression opportunities within a growing and reputable company.\n\nIf you are an experienced and proactive Electrical Site Supervisor looking for your next role , we want to hear from you
