Court of Protection Solicitor (4+ PQE)\n\n📍 Northampton\n💰 £55,000 – £60,000 + Excellent Benefits\n\nA highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor to join its established and growing Private Client team in Northampton. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong and compassionate solicitor to join a specialist team handling high-quality and often complex Court of Protection matters within a supportive and collaborative environment.\n\nThe Opportunity\n\nYou will join a well-established team of 12 professionals and work closely with experienced colleagues on a broad range of Court of Protection matters.\n\nThe caseload will include:\n\n * Deputyship applications\n\n * Property & financial affairs matters\n\n * Lasting Powers of Attorney\n\n * Statutory wills\n\n * Trust management\n\n * Mental capacity issues\n\n * Applications to the Court of Protection\n\n * Supporting vulnerable clients and their families\n\nThe firm is keen to speak with Solicitors with around 4+ years’ PQE who have strong Court of Protection experience and are confident managing their own caseload while working collaboratively within a larger specialist team.
