This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong and compassionate solicitor to join a specialist team handling high-quality and often complex Court of Protection matters within a supportive and collaborative environment.\n\nThe Opportunity\n\nYou will join a well-established team of 12 professionals and work closely with experienced colleagues on a broad range of Court of Protection matters.\n\nThe caseload will include:\n\n * Deputyship applications\n\n * Property & financial affairs matters\n\n * Lasting Powers of Attorney\n\n * Statutory wills\n\n * Trust management\n\n * Mental capacity issues\n\n * Applications to the Court of Protection\n\n * Supporting vulnerable clients and their families\n\nThe firm is keen to speak with Solicitors with around 4+ years’ PQE who have strong Court of Protection experience and are confident managing their own caseload while working collaboratively within a larger specialist team.
