Contracts Manager\n\n£65,000 – £75,000 + Package\nStevenage | London & Home Counties Projects\n\nCurve Recruitment are pleased to be working with a highly respected main contractor specialising in refurbishment and fit-out schemes across London and the Home Counties.\n\nWith projects typically ranging from £500k to £2m, the business has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, well-run schemes for a loyal client base. Due to continued growth and a healthy pipeline of secured work, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects and play a key role in the next phase of their development.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager who is looking to join a contractor with a great pipeline of work and a clear identity in the market.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Lead projects from pre-construction through to completion\n\n * Oversee Site Managers and project teams, providing clear direction and support\n\n * Manage procurement, subcontractor performance and contractual matters\n\n * Drive programme performance and cost control across all schemes\n\n * Identify and manage commercial and operational risks\n\n * Maintain strong client relationships, acting as a senior point of contact\n\n * Ensure health & safety standards are upheld across all sites\n\n * Contribute to repeat business and support future tender opportunities\n\nAbout You\n\n * Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within a range of projects\n\n * Strong commercial awareness and confidence managing budgets and contracts\n\n * A hands-on leader who can motivate teams and hold people accountable\n\n * Comfortable in client-facing environments and able to build lasting relationships\n\n * Organised, decisive and solution-driven\n\n * Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and project reporting tools\n\n * Ambitious and motivated to grow with a business that has clear plans for expansion\n\nApply\n\nFor further information or a confidential discussion, please apply directly or contact Martin Lively at Curve Recruitment on (phone number removed).\n\nWhilst we endeavour to respond to all applications individually, due to high volumes this is not always possible.
