Client Relationship Manager

Time Appointments are thrilled to be working alongside a forward-thinking, growing business that is looking for an experienced Client Relationship Manager. This role will suit an individual who is passionate about building relationships and has a proven track record of securing new business for a company.\n\nSkills & Experience Required:\n\n * Previous experience within sales or account management\n\n * A proactive nature and a proven successful sales track record\n\n * Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills\n\n * Strong negotiation and persuasion skills\n\n * Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to manage your own diary\n\n * Professional, proactive, and client-focused\n\n * Strong communication and interpersonal skills\n\n * Previous experience within property sales would be beneficial but is not essential\n\nKey Duties & Responsibilities:\n\n * Building and maintaining strong relationships with key client accounts\n\n * Regular liaison with clients, ensuring they are fully updated on ongoing cases\n\n * Managing client meetings both online and in person\n\n * Developing and growing business opportunities within allocated accounts\n\n * Making recommendations and tailoring solutions to achieve the best possible outcomes for each case\n\n * Overseeing client pipelines across sales, maintenance, insurance, and valuations\n\n * Identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional company services\n\n * Managing and supporting the team to ensure high performance and excellent service delivery\n\n * Developing strategies to increase revenue and achieve company targets\n\n * Ensuring clients fully understand the benefits and value of the company’s services\n\nCore Benefits (Subject to Eligibility):\n\n * Competitive salary\n\n * Competitive commission scheme\n\n * Supportive and professional environment\n\n * Holiday allowance, plus your birthday off and additional annual leave after 3 years’ service\n\n * Regular team social events and client functions, including annual summer and Christmas parties\n\n * On-site parking
