Chartered Legal Executive / Fee Earner- Hybrid

Chartered Legal Executive / Fee Earner  | Wakefield or Garforth / Hybrid | up to £70,000 per annum

A boutique firm with an exceptional reputation for staff retention is seeking a qualified Chartered Legal Executive or an experienced Private Client Fee Earner. Based in Wakefield or Garforth, this role offers the opportunity to manage a high-quality caseload within a supportive, friendly team.

The Role:

Reporting to the Head of Department, you will play a central role in delivering high-quality private client work.

Key Responsibilities:

\n\t
• Drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney, and providing support with estate planning 
\n\t
• Handling Grants of Probate, Letters of Administration, and estate administrations
\n\t
• Advising on tax matters within your knowledge and escalating complex issues externally
\n\t
• Acting on Court of Protection Deputyship applications and trusts
\n\t
• Using the case management system to ensure proactive, efficient case progression and clear communication
\n\t
• Getting involved with business development and marketing
\n

About You:

\n\t
• Qualified Chartered Legal Executive or have substantial private client fee-earning experience
\n\t
• Strong commercial mindset
\n\t
• Ambitious and looking to build a long-term career in private client law
\n

Salary and Benefits:
