Your role

Are you an experienced change professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys delivering strategic and regulatory initiatives to a high standard? Do you excel at stakeholder management, problem-solving and driving change across complex front-to-back processes? We’re looking for someone with these skills to:

  1. Work on the implementation of a range of change projects as part of broader IB-wide strategic and/or regulatory programs
  2. Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and subject matter experts to capture and analyse requirements across front-to-back flows, processes and systems
  3. Develop requirement specifications and/or user stories to support change delivery
  4. Partner closely with IT teams to implement solutions, troubleshoot issues and ensure successful delivery
  5. Support end-to-end testing by working with business and IT stakeholders to ensure solutions meet requirements
  6. Prepare and deliver training, ensuring smooth transition to BAU and that Run-the-Bank teams are fully equipped post go-live

Your team

You’ll be working in the IB Change team in London, part of the IB Chief Operating Officer. This team partners with the Business, Chief Data and Information Office and Group Functions to deliver critical strategic and regulatory change across the Investment Bank.

The global team consists of around 80 program managers, project managers and business analysts, focused on driving impactful change initiatives across multiple business areas and front-to-back functions.

Your experience and skills

Experience of business analysis experience within an Investment Bank (or consulting within IB)

Experience in either:

  1. Regulatory change projects and/or strong knowledge of the regulatory landscape, or
  2. Investment Banking products and front-to-back lifecycle (from quoting and trade capture through to settlement and reporting)
  3. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and influence across a global organisation
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English required)
  5. Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
  6. Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for technology
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  3. Highly organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy
