Your responsibilities will include observing, monitoring, and accurately recording residents’ conditions, assisting individuals towards greater independence, and delivering personalised care in a respectful and compassionate manner. Collaborating with a team of multi-professionals to ensure effective, person-centred support is essential in this role.\n\nCandidates must have a minimum of six months’ experience in a social care setting and possess an empathetic, caring, and resilient nature. A current Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one) and a full UK driving licence are required.
